Can I see the material before I buy?
Yes – simply fill in the form on Contact Us and we will post the requested sample directly to you. Alternatively you can visit us to view our sample display area.

I’m unsure of how much material I require – Can you help?
Yes – measure the area to be covered, tell us which material you would like and we’ll do the rest.

How do I pay for my order??
There are a number of ways in which you can pay for your material:-

• Pay on delivery by cash, or by a cheque made payable to “Bliss Aggregates.com Ltd”
  
• Pay by Credit or Debit Card over the phone, however this does incur a 2% surcharge on your total amount payable
  
• Send your payment by post. This must be received prior to dispatching your order.

Do I need to be there to receive my order?
No, simply tell us where you would like your material to be tipped and leave the rest to us. We would always ask that you provide a contact number in the unlikely event of an issue with the tipping location.

Are the Bulk Bags returnable?
No – Our bags are ‘one trip’ bags therefore we cannot reuse them.

What is the smallest amount you will deliver?
1 bulk bag.

Can I collect my order myself?
Yes – Let us know when you would like to collect and we’ll have your order ready for you.

Can I order different materials to be delivered at once?
Yes – If bulk bagged this is not a problem.

If you require the materials to be loose tipped we can try to keep the materials separate, however it is likely that there will be contamination. To guarantee that the materials are not contaminated we would advise you to order your materials in bags.

I need a gradings/test certificate – is this possible?
Yes – Contact us either via email or by phone and we can send the required certification by return.
